I seriously can not believe that Halloween is right around the corner, and in just two weeks I am going back to work after maternity leave. These three months have passed by so fast, but I have to say this has been one of the best summer's ever. I got to spend time with both my babies, I spent quality time with my older son a few weeks before he went to camp and of course I have spent everyday with my newborn, I really love being a stay at home mommy, even though it was only for three months. I am thankful that I got the chance to stay home with my little one even for that short amount of time.
When I first had my baby there was so much that I wanted to do in the three month time period. I wanted to clean my whole entire house, like really clean, clean out all the garbage, well I only did our walk in closet LOL, but that's alright, I didn't push myself. There is still so much that I want to do that I didn't get a chance to do yet, but that will have to wait until I have some more time.
In the mean time, I am currently working from home a few hours a day and just enjoying every second with my babies! I am really loving being a mommy of two, my heart just melts when I see both of my boys interacting with each other.
Anyway, enough rambling for today! I am sure I will have more tomorrow!
Have an awesome day!

Wisconsin Dells Kalahari Vacation Journal
Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to share a vacation journal that I made for our first ever mini vaca as a family of four! We went to Wisconsin Dells this past week and we took the baby with us. We stayed at the Kalahari, it was so much fun, yes even with a newborn :), he was actually pretty good, aside from the last night we were there, we went to MooseJaw for dinner and he pretty much cried the whole time we were eating, so mu husband left the restaurant with him, I am a slow eater LOL, so is my older son. He stopped crying outside, I think it was too dark or noisy in there for him. Anyway, it was a lot of fun, and hoping we can go there again soon.
Here is a video I made of my journal using Sunny Mae from The Odd Girl!! Obsessed with their stamps!
Enjoy!

Studio Calico - So Cal Kit
Another layout using Studio Calico's So Cal kit. I really get excited when I am able to use pink on my projects, since a lot of what I do tends, to have blue's, teals, and brown's. This layout came along pretty quickly, I have some plain cardstock left from the kit and when I was looking through my photos, I saw this one and I was wearing a pink jumper, so I thought, how perfect!!
I took some Prima flowers and glimmer misted them, I also hand cut some Graphic 45 ephemera from an older collection.
Again, super simple layout, but I love the way it turned out!
Hugs,
Mila

Mini Butterfly Canvas - Websters Pages and Studio Calico
I love the way these mini canvas's turned out. I used a few of my favorite things on them, butterflies, Prima bling and of course Webster's Pages. I had so much fun using using so many different techniques on them. They are small, but they pack a punch!
1. The first thing I did was take a Webster's Pages pattern paper and adhered it to the canvas using Claudine Helmuth matt medium.
2. I stamped the sentiment using Archival Ink by Ranger in black, then I took some white and yellow pastel paints and just brushed around the paper.
3. I took some Webster Pages mesh and took some modeling paste to the corners. This was so much fun! I them took some Perfect Pearls by Ranger and brushed some onto where the modeling paste was, then I sealed it by covering the perfect pearls with Bubbles Glimmer Mist by Tattered Angels.
4. I used Perfect Pearls by Ranger on the butterflies as well.
Hope you love them as much as I do!! I explain a bit more in detail in the video below:
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hugs,
