I am not going to hide it, i need to loose about 15 pounds. I have gotten kind of relaxed with my no carb kick since I stopped breast feeding in November. I have been trying really hard to eat healthy, but to be honest it hasn't worked. One week i tried to eat salads the whole week for lunch and dinner, you think i lost weight? Nope!
I heard about this new way of living called Paleo, I did some research on it and thought, it is basically the same idea as my no carb diet, but the first 30 days you cleanse your body, no sugar, no dairy, no grains, no soy, no processed food. I thought this is great!! However, being a full time working mom of two little boys, i thought this would be kind of difficult with no processed food at all. I thought i would give it a try though. We are trying to clean out our pantry and I think I will start the Whole 30 diet as of next Monday (wish me luck).
